Hello KiCo is a reflection of our real-life home in Lindsay, Ontario, nestled in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes. It's the same place where our own children play, learn, and grow. During the hours they’re in school, I open our doors and share our playroom with families in need of loving, meaningful care. Rooted in Montessori and Reggio Emilia philosophy, I provide calm, play-rich environments where children thrive safely.

Meet Lea - The Heart Behind Hello KiCo
I’m a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario and USRN, with international credentials as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Professional Teacher. This fall, I’ll begin my Early Childhood Education diploma to deepen my understanding of child development and learning through play.
As a stay-at-home mom to 12-year-old twins and a bright 6-year-old Montessori graduate, I understand what quality care feels like and what parents truly need. I also volunteer at a local EarlyON Centre.
A few of my favorite things include collecting high-quality, sustainable, and handcrafted toys made from sustainable materials, creative treasures that often inspire our play invitations. I also make space for self-care, whether it’s running or walking on my treadmill, getting outside for a nature walk, enjoying the occasional Pilates class, or simply savoring a quiet cup of tea. And I truly cherish time with my husband, my low-key superhero, whether we’re out for lunch or just soaking in the small joys of everyday life together.
Hello KiCo is the heartfelt result of my passion as a parent, educator, and caregiver. A place where children thrive through meaningful play, and parents get the break and peace of mind they deserve.
